This motel is privately owned. They go far beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Also loved the Cowboy Smokehouse across the street the owners recommend. Very clean & comfortable room. Everything we needed.

The owners were friendly, helpful, and personable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had the most comfortable beds of any hotel we stayed at during our trip. The location is close to a number of restaurants and a grocery store, and is a reasonably short drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. If you're looking for a cozy, reasonably-priced jumping off point to explore Bryce Canyon, this is the place!

The accommodations were simple but perfect for our family. Beds were nice although pillows were pretty flat. The rooms had wall heaters that worked sporadically, it was very hard to adjust to the right temperature either it was too warm or too cold. But it was a budget motel, so I wasn't expecting any luxuries. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you book here.

It has a nostalgic looking 'motor court' feel from the 50's. We were a party of 6, my son and family plus gramma, and were pleased to be able to find accommodations that had 3 queen beds, one in a separate room with its own entrance to the bathroom. The brick exterior was brightened by barrels of petunias and other pretty colorful flowers. The corner outside our room had a lovely little flower garden. We loved having restaurants and shops within a block of our location. When we were leaving there, I commented to my daughter-in-law that I'd like to come up from our location near Las Vegas and spend some time just relaxing and enjoying the area. (But don't tell anyone...let's keep this little jewel a secret).

What a friendly staff! Plus comfortable bed and clean room. Located in a Main Street with restaurants across and walking distance. About 15min drive to the start of Bryce National park & 28 mins drive from the official entrance. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

Clean room. Great price. Little theater, ice cream, and solid restaurant right across the street. Not the Waldorf Astoria, but if your looking for a clean, simple motel room for an overnight stay, you will be happy with the Blue Pine!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. Both times I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very clean and ready for us. We checked in late and the owner was very helpful with assisting us. Although there was no breakfast, I still give this a 10/10. We went to the little diner on the corner and had some amazing pancakes. When I return, Ill stay at the blue pine motel again!

The owners are wonderful: friendly and accommodating. The location was quiet and peaceful. The room was lovely and well appointed. The lighting was warm and there was a nice, fresh scent upon entering the room. The grounds were well-kept. There was a very positive feeling on the property.

The location was perfect for exploring the stunning natural wonders of Dixie Forest, Kodachrome Basin, and Bryce Canyon. It provided the ideal base for our adventures, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. If you're planning to explore these incredible places, I highly recommend booking here you won't be disappointed.

Excellent host. Arrived early and was available to check in with no problems. Traveling with friends and our rooms were side by side. Located in the middle of town close to food. One of those amazing small type (ma and pa) motels that I look for everywhere we travel. parking just outside your door and no need to travel through a lobby to an elevator and up multiple floors to your room. Definitely will stay there again and I recommend them to all my friends.

Everything!! Really exceeded our expectations! We just wanted a place to stay near Bryce National Park and we got a really cozy and familiar motel with everything we needed. The staff was amazing. The owner was a really funny lady, that gave us a lot of tips about Bryce, and Panguitch. Even the other motel guests were so nice (apparently they've been there for the last 20 years for fishing!). The bed was sooo comfy! Best bed in a 3-week trip! And finally, the location - Panguitch is a really welcoming little town, and it's a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Bryce National Park! Highly Recommended
